- Buying, Selling or Transferring Farm and Lands
- Buying or Selling Investment Properties
- Applications for First Registrations of Title
- Advising Landlord and Tenant in the drafting and negotiating of Leases, Licence Agreements, Tenancy Agreements for Residential, Commercial, Community Buildings and Land
- Re-Mortgages & Stage Payment Mortgages
- Charities and Trusts Law
Debbie lives in Wexford with her husband Michael and their two children. Debbie enjoys spending time gardening, travelling with family and following the Irish Rugby team.
