Tim Cummings is Partner in charge of Litigation.
He represents clients in many areas of possible dispute. Tim has over twenty years’ experience working in the District Court, Circuit Court and High Court in the practice areas as listed below. He also has experience representing clients at for example the Injuries Board, the Workplace Relations Commission, the Equality Authority, the former Residential Institutions Redress Board, the Residential Tenancies Board.
Tim has dealt with Personal Injury cases for clients for over 20 years and also defends claims for Insurance Companies and therefore has a broad and extensive range of knowledge of how to deal with such cases.
Over the last twenty years Tim has managed to secure over €15,000,000 in compensation for clients in all types of cases and is dealing with significant ongoing cases in the practice areas below on a daily basis.
