Tim Cummings is Partner in charge of all Litigation matters. Tim was born in Wexford and educated at St. Peter’s College, Wexford. Tim qualified with an L.L.B. in Law and French from the University of Limerick in 1996. He has over twenty year’s experience representing clients in every Court in this jurisdiction. He acts for clients in the District Court, Circuit Court and High Court. He attends Wexford District Court on a weekly basis representing clients in the following areas: –
- Road Traffic Prosecutions (Drink Driving, Drug Driving, No Insurance, No Driving Licence, Speeding offences, No NCT, Careless Driving, Dangerous Driving etc.)

Tim is on the Criminal Law Legal Aid Panel of Solicitors and can make Applications for Legal Aid where clients means are such that they cannot afford to pay for Private Legal Representation and in cases where it is appropriate.
Tim also has extensive experience in Personal Injury cases securing compensation in his career to date for clients from €1,000 up to €4 million and has secured in excess of €15 million compensation for Plaintiff Clients over the past twenty years in Road Traffic, Medical Negligence, Trip and Fall and other types of Personal Injury Cases. Tim also undertakes work for Defence Insurance Companies in defending claims and is therefore uniquely positioned to advise in relation to such Personal Injury Claims.
Tim also represents clients in Family Law in the District, Circuit and High Court.
Tim has also acted for Employers and Employees in the Workplace Relations Commission and has extensive Employment Law experience and access to Experts in the field including Human Recourse Experts and Barristers who specialise in Employment Law.
Tim lives in Wexford with his wife and family and serves on a number of local Sporting/Education Committees in a voluntary capacity.
